Software Support OfficerJob Location : BahrainRequirements :?Good working knowledge of JavaScript, Python and RESTful API?Past experiences on ERP software are advantage.?Understanding of Frappe Framework is a plus.?Working knowledge of Ubuntu operating system, MariaDB/MySQL & GitHub?Understanding of network, firewall, antivirus and other cyber security services to secure customer software and to ensure only required access from remote locations?Understanding of business process.?Ability to manage client expectations and delivering support as per contract.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?Self-motivated and able to work independently.?Excellent written and verbal communication skills.?Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change.?Good inter-personal skills in English.
