VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company.VAM Systems is currently looking for ServiceNow Developer – ITSM, CSM, ITOM for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing new workflows, maintaining and optimizing existing flows, and providing training and support to internal teams.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or ITOM).Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement new workflows and automation solutions across ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow flows, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Conduct training sessions and create documentation to upskill internal staff on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules and integrations.Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and governance processes.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and recommend improvements.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience with ServiceNow development, particularly in ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.Strong understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Integration Hub.Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and other ITOM components.Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Domain : BankTerms and conditionsJoining time frame: (15 - 30 days)The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading bank in Bahrain.Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest
