Liaises with the HSE & line departments to ensure that mandatory & elective HSE training events are delivered in a timely & professional mannerLiaises with HSE training vendors on the delivery of training coursesAdvises the Head of Training & Development regarding all HSE training matters & concernsAssists in ensuring that HSE training records are maintainedPartners with the Head of Training & Development, the HSE department are training focal point to develop an annual HSE training plan consistent with Tatweer s strategy.Designs, develops, resources, & delivers HSE training programs, or recommends & sources externally provided programs, which meet the needs of Tatweer & its employees.Compiles handbooks, manuals, guides, & any other materials to ensure that HSE training programs are delivered utilizing high quality resourcesKeeps up-to-date on developments & innovations in HSE training & education in the oil/gas industry to ensure that Tatweer s HSE training activities remain current & relevantAny other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
