They are looking to recruit a Senior Manager ICT & Digitalization to be based in BahrainDuties & ResponsibilitiesSet objectives and strategies for the IT department as an Enabler to the companys businessSelect and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefitsDesign and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experiencePlan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organizationSetting standards for Hardware software and network infrastructuresApprove purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providersOversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performanceDirect and organize IT-related projectsMonitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantageAnalyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actionsChampion process automationAdditional projects as requested by the Administration Director REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications & ExperienceBSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferredProven experience as ICT Manager or similar managerial roleExcellent knowledge of IT systems Hardware, software application development Networking and telecommunication infrastructureBackground in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementationStrong understanding of outsourcing/ Cloud sourcing contracts and ability to manage service based outsource providers and SLAsSolid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operationsProven analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesA strategic and business mindsetExcellent organizational and leadership skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage team performance effectively
