Job Description

This is an exciting commercial solicitor role where you will work within a nicely sized team handling high-quality work. You will be involved in a broad range of commercial contract matters. These will include procurement contracts, consultancy contracts, IP/IT contracts and licensing contracts.About the role

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (IP licences, terms and conditions, supply, consultancy, framework, settlement, NDAs, novation, sponsorship, license, and IT agreements).
  • Draft, review and assess contract documents with vendors, submit for external legal review as needed, and ensure compliance with the companys policies & procedures and the Bahraini legal system.
Qualifications
  • 5+ PQE.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic (drafting legal contracts).
  • Extensive experience in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts.
  • Must be living or willing to relocate to Bahrain.
