Senior Implementation Manager (ERP Software)Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Masters degree preferred.•Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP software implementation and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.•Deep understanding of ERP software systems and modules, including but not limited to finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.•Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, senior executives, and internal stakeholders.•Proven experience in managing client relationships, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and resolving conflicts and issues in a professional manner.•Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, and Microsoft Project.•PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.📍 Location : Bahrain
