They are looking to hire an experienced Senior Finance and Accounting Manager.Client DetailsOur client, a leading FMCG business in Bahrain are looking to expand their finance team and hire a Senior Finance and Accounting Manager.DescriptionFormulate asset, liability, and capital account entries by accumulating and assessing account informationMaintain accounting controls by evaluating and suggesting improvements to current policies and proceduresComply with the legal financial policies and adhere to new legislation requirementsMonitor new software implementations and ensure that they are aligned with current financial and operational MIS requirementsImplement and create systems that analyse cost and performancePresent financial information to management to facilitate decision-making and obtain long-term sustainabilityProfileMust have a professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA)12+ years of experience within the Finance and Accounting functionExperience in a food production/ FMCG or manufacturing sector is a MUSTWilling to relocate to Bahrain unless already based in BahrainProficient in Microsoft ExcelExtensive experience with ERP implementationAdept at financial reporting practicesJob OfferThe successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary and attractive incentives.
