We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Manager to lead our finance team and oversee all aspects of financial operations. The ideal candidate must hold a valid ACCA certification and possess a strong background in managing accounting functions within a fast-paced business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliationsPrepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and budgets in accordance with international accounting standardsManage the month-end and year-end closing processesEnsure compliance with local tax laws, including VAT filings and other regulatory submissionsCoordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely audit completionLead and mentor the accounting team to improve efficiency, accuracy, and accountabilitySupport financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and assist senior management with strategic insights.Candidate RequirementsACCA qualification is mandatoryBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial roleIn-depth understanding of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial complianceProficient in ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Tally, or QuickBooks, and advanced MS Excel skillsStrong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities
