MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Proven experience as a Scaffolding Fitter in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectorsFamiliar with various types of scaffolding systems (tube & clamp, modular, etc.)Ability to read and follow scaffolding layout drawings or supervisor instructionsKnowledge of safe load capacities and secure erection practicesPhysically fit and able to work at heightsValid Scaffolding Certificate / Training (if required by client)Previous shutdown or offshore experience (preferred but not mandatory)
