Sales Engineer- Passive Fire protectionJob Location : BahrainDescription :?The job will be responsible for securing fire protection contracts and profitably increasing the fire?protection market share in the GCC countries.?The role would involve providing Architects/Consultants/Contractors system solutions based on their project and site requirement(s).?Influence Project closure decisions by providing relevant Data/ROI information to the Senior Management?Relevant passive fire protection product knowledge to explain it to prospective customers to achieve?budgeted targets.?Generate and reply to the customer inquiries, prepare presentations, quote sheets, specifications of?products & services.?Coordinate/ follow-up with various customers for the status of the quotes submitted and convert the same into orders.?Coordinating with Principals and obtaining specifications done on projects, followed down to the?contractor to be converted into a successful order.?Close difficult projects with Clients by suggesting and using the value engineering techniques?Effective coordination with existing business units/manufacturers while seeking and establishing new prospective relationships.?Ensure awareness of upcoming projects and opportunities in order to maximize order intake.?Ensure payments are collected based on agreed payment terms.?Provide timely reports to the management in line with the organizational guidelinesRequirements :?Experience: 5 - 10 yrs.?Education: Basic ? Diploma (Mech/Elec/ Civil), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mech/Elec/Civil)?Nationality: Any Nationality
