Tasks & Duties:- Exploit the rental spaces allocated for suppliers in hypermarkets and develop revenues from them to achieve the best possible returns.- Monitor the implementation of revenues from suppliers, including fees for incoming items from supply companies.- Participate in negotiating with suppliers to provide monthly support for promotions, whether through advertisements or other promotional means.- Contribute to building a database of all suppliers, evaluating their performance, and reclassifying them based on revenue criteria.- Monitor the achievement of revenue goals and assist hypermarket branches in increasing revenues.- Work on standardizing contracts, updating them, and following up on their signing and approval.- Participate in setting revenue targets and budgets for each hypermarket branch individually and by department.- Conduct annual meetings with suppliers as needed to achieve the best returns.Requirements:- Bachelors? degree (Holder of a university degree)Experience:- Previous experience in the retail sector.Required Skills:- Familiarity with policies, procedures, and regulations related to the field of work. - Ability to work under pressure and face challenges and problems.- Skills in using computers and applications.- Proficiency in Arabic and English.- Communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work as part of a team.
