CompanyOur client is an award-winning high-standard Japanese restaurant located in Bahrain. They are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to be based in Bahrain. Duties & Responsibilities:. Hires and trains restaurant staff. . Organises and oversees the staff schedules. . Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. . Handles discipline and termination of employees following restaurant policy. . Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. . Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience. . Handles customer complaints, resolving issues diplomatically and courteously. . Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations. . Estimates food and beverage costs and supports the BAR & KITCHEN. . Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies. . Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. . Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance and service schedules. . Collaborates with chefs to develop appetising menus. . Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts. . Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the regional manager. . Performs other duties as assigned. . Delegate the right information to your assistant and supervisor . Organise staff training every three months. . Be Responsible for the miscellaneous expenses, and control always. . Attend the VIP tables and introduce yourself for any request or complaint. . Organize the festive dates events, NY, VA, MOTHERS DAY, F1.Qualification & Requirements:. Work experience as a Restaurant Manager, or similar role. . Extensive food and beverage knowledge. . Strong leadership, motivational and people skills. . Experience with Japanese Cuisine a major plus.
