Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with a leading upscale Italian / Mediterranean restaurant in Bahrain who are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager to oversee the restaurant and report directly to the property General Manager.About the roleYour main responsibilities will be to oversee day to day operations and management of this established leading restaurant. You will be responsible for maintaining and exceeding the existing high service levels, whilst also focusing on the daily on long term goals of the restaurant.The Restaurant Manager will successfully balance leading their team, being the face of the restaurant with also managing the reports as well as constant compliance with all local laws in term of health/safety and liquor.About youThe successful candidate should have at least 2 years? experience as a Restaurant Manager, with a solid background in upscale restaurants. Knowledge of Italian and or Mediterranean cuisines is an added advantage.This role requires an organised and charismatic leader, someone to motivate the time to strive for the best each and every day. Due to the scope of the role preference will be given to European candidates or candidates with European work experience.Only candidates with upscale and fine dining experience will be considered.
