Job description:-Coordinate orders between the kitchen and service team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.-Manage order slips, monitor preparation times, and maintain communication with chefs.-Check plating and presentation before dispatch to ensure compliance with company standards.-Ensure correct packing and labeling of take-away and delivery orders.-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch counter.
