A well reputed Restaurant in Bahrain is looking for Branch ManagerMINIMUM 2-3 YEARS IN THE SAME FIELD- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales-Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation-Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly-Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs-Prepare financial statements for the branch.-Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs-Work to grow business and customer acquisition.Salary 250-300 BHDDUTY 9HRS+OTTRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMODATION WILL BE PROVIDE BY THE COMPANY-Candidate should be in Bahrain
