Were looking for someone like you who has the autonomy to become a key business partner to your stakeholders, responsible for supporting the Recruiting Leader in managing the operational aspects of recruiting.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Recruitment Operations Lead, you will be Responsible for reporting, monitoring key metrics, holding recruiters accountable for their metrics and managing compliance with global processes and systems. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors. Work with our global team to share information and develop leading practice approaches.Support Recruiting Leader in gathering recruitment requirements and forecastsUnderstand market conditionsUnderstand business growth targets to support Region Recruiting Leader in developing the recruitment strategySupport Recruiting Leader in determining recruitment team budget and spendManage budget, spend and ROI for recruitment marketing/ brand/communicationsManage KPI measurements and targets for delivery; review progress against key metricsManage and deliver all management information (both quantitative and qualitative) that is required for effective operational and strategic decision makingAccountable for meeting all reporting requirementsCommunicate with and provide timely updates to key stakeholders within the business on a regular basisManage all external vendor and 3rd party supplier agreements, to include working with procurement on commercial reviewsManage commercial relationships with local suppliers/vendorsReceive feedback from the business on recruitment service quality (coordinating with HR Enablement Leader as appropriate) and identify areas of improvementManage headcount planning for the recruiting function across the region, proactively assessing changes in recruitment need over the year; manage team size, work allocations, portfolio allocationWork with the Recruiting Leader to understand the capability within the recruiting team and manage ongoing training and developmentSupport the Recruiting Leader in performance management and hold the team accountable to individual and team metricsSupport the Recruiting Leader in deploying assessment training for interviewers and assessorsExecute continuous improvement and change management projects relating to recruiting, as and when requiredEnsure compliance and alignment to global processes and systemsSkills and Attributes for SuccessPrioritization in a fast-paced, fluid environmentAbility to work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levelsAbility to meet demanding time framesGood communication skills and ability to work effectively across borders and remotelyGood networking and relationship development skillsProject and change management skillsStrong analytical skillsStrong operational and commercial focus with good knowledge of KPIs and metricsMaintain a strong understanding of key business and financial drivers that determine EYs successProficient in MS office suite, proficiency with various data-base and applicant tracking systems, CRM, etc. REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for the role you must have10 + years experience working in a senior recruitment role or a business partner role Ability to implement recruitment strategy once it is operationalized; able to identify the recruitment implications of certain elements of the strategyAble to implement recruitment strategy once it is operationalized; able to identify the recruitment implications of certain elements of the strategyPrior experience of working in an operations role preferredIdeally, youll also haveTime and project management skills able to plan and manage time effectively and flex up and down to deal with key prioritiesRelationship building skills - with the ability to challenge senior management where necessary, always acting with integrity and enthusiasmWhat we look forYou will be an experienced Recruitment Advisor with a passion for direct sourcing and desire to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
