We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts across various departments. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in headhunting, sourcing through job portals, and managing the full recruitment cycle.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departmentsProactively source candidates through , job portals (e.g., , Indeed, Bayt), referrals, and headhuntingDevelop and execute strategic hiring plans in coordination with department headsConduct screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and negotiation processesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsMaintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards for management reviewEnsure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journeyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum 5- 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in Recruiter, Boolean searches, and headhunting methodsFamiliarity with ATS systems and various regional/international job portalsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsExperience in hiring for real estate, construction, or technical roles is a plus
