Preparing bills of quantities and pre tender estimates
Evaluation of variations, additional works, field changes, additions and omission, and incorporation of the same with the Monthly Cost reports.
Preparing and pricing Change Orders and negotiating agreement with the Client and Contractor as necessary.
Conducting viability studies and cost estimates.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years relevant work experience
Experience in the Commercial Market with experience and training within a PQS business.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or a degree in Civil Engineering with local approved national registration.
If the candidate is a local hire in Bahrain they should be previously CRPEP registered
