Quantity Surveyor / EstimatorResponsibilities :•Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction projects.•Prepare tender and contract documents•Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact project costs and estimating practices.•Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction phase, highlighting any deviations from the estimated budget and providing recommendation for cost control measures.•Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.•Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in the construction industry for at least 3 years.•Knowledge in items quantity take off is an added advantage•Proficiency in relevant software and tools.•Must be available in Bahrain / local transferLocation : Bahrain
