They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on 5 stars resort project in Bahrain. REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilities-Procurement of subcontractors-Subcontract management-Preparation of tender documents-Agreement of final accounts-Contract negotiation-Attending site progress meetings-Reporting to the company directors on project financial performances-Provide cost effective solutions to all involved on the projectEducation and Qualification-Degree in Civil/ Quantity Surveying-Minimum 7 years experience-Stars hotel experience
