Location: BahrainIndustry: ConstructionAvailability: Immediate Joiners PreferredWe are urgently seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager for a leading construction company based in Bahrain.Responsibilities:Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality manualsManage the QA/QC department and supervise all QA/QC personnelLiaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on quality issuesEnsure materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and standardsConduct audits and root cause analysis of quality-related issuesPrepare and submit QA/QC reports to project managementRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial roleGCC experience is mandatoryStrong knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and construction codesExcellent leadership and communication skills
