They are currently looking to recruit Project Manager - HR Transformation (2 year contract) to be based in BahrainDuties & Responsibilities:Connect IT and HR and Business Process EngineeringLook after areas such as: Data, Employee engagement, Restructuring etc. .Developing and delivering the process alignment and delivery plan for the Program in line with the HR Services model, ensuring that all the critical activities, dependencies, controls, technology interfaces etc. are identifiedIdentifying opportunities for process and policy simplification and standardizationDelivering clear, complete and accurate documentation that covers all the relevant deliverables defined in the Program PlanWorking closely with other members of the Program Team to ensure coordination of activities and consistency in the delivery of information REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications & ExperienceHave HR and IT experienceBe able to handle whole projectHave Project Management experienceHave HR MIS experience (HR part of the IT)Change management experienceHave Evidence that you managed HR projects beforeCandidate must be based in GCCHave oil and gas experience - preferableHave GCC experience - preferableOracle experience - preferable
