Our organization is expanding, and we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Engineer to manage and oversee a range of ongoing and upcoming construction projects, including high-rise towers and villa developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project execution, ensuring adherence to specifications, budget, timelines, and safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitieCollaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to execute projects in line with approved plans and budgetsOversee and manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple sitesDevelop, update, and track detailed project schedules using project management toolsControl and monitor project budgets and timelines, proactively addressing potential risksLead and supervise site teams and labor, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality practicesConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standardsManage change orders, variations, and deviations from approved project plansMaintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure accurate documentation of daily reports, site logs, progress tracking, and meeting minutesSupervise material and equipment procurement to ensure timely availability and avoid delaysAddress technical and operational issues swiftly to ensure smooth executionQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline6- 8 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industryExperience working with Grade A or B contracting companiesProven experience in high-rise buildings, villas, and multi-site project handlingHands-on experience managing large workforces (300+ employees)Strong knowledge across technical, financial, and administrative areas of constructionAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-value, deadline-driven projectsMust have the capability to set up and manage a new department or operational unitExcellent problem-solving skills and a decisive leadership approachValid driver’s license is mandatoryConstruction contracting background only (Consulting experience is not applicable)
