1. Experiance in Foods Safety ExperianceManaging quality and safety standards of food products from the point of development,production, packing, labelling, distribution, storage, display and point of sales.2. Identifying market opportunity by identifying costumer desires and consumption patternsthrough market research such as competitor?s check, benchmarking, etc.3. Coordinate with the food suppliers to determine necessary development of new foodproduct or modifications of existing food products on the basis of data gathered throughmarket research.4. Able to gather relevant market information to be able to correctly formulate adequateproduct pricing to improve sales and profitability.5. Ensure that full product specifications for all products are correct and accurate, as well asall product labels produced in house or by the supplier complies with the requirement asset forth with International Technical Policy and country?s (or regions) applicableregulatory requirements. These includes ingredients declarations, allergens, andnutritional information.6. Coordinate with operations and supply chain to ensure that stores has enough productstock levels to meet costumers needs and at the same time, controls food wastage.7. Ensures that products in the warehouse, in coordination with warehouse in charge arerotated to avoid wastage due to expired items and spoilages through effective stockrotation system e.g. FIFO, FEFO.8. Coordinate with maintenance department to ensure that equipment which hassomething to do with product quality are timely serviced in a planned manner, so as toavoid costly equipment repairs and operational disruptions.9. In charge of customer complaints related to food product and beverage as well ascostumer recovery.
