OVERVIEWThe Private Bar Attendant ensures guests in-room private bars and fridges are fully stocked and well maintained.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintain proper cleaning and service standard of the Private Bar
Assist in/or monitor the daily IRD operation and if required in In Room Dining Operations
To be fully aware of the Private Bar inventory and requisition process
Always follow the FIFO rule with Private Bar products and closely monitor Expiry list of the Private Bar Products
Ensure hand over of the shifts are done properly so that the guests will have a flawless service without interruption of any kind.
To prepare appropriate Mise-en-place.
To ensure all VIP in-house guest is highlighted with the team
To assist in other Food and Beverage areas when requested to do so, as business volumes require.
To collect stores when requested to do so.
To be available to cover extended Shifts as requested by the Restaurant Manager
To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of the position.
To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
To comply with local legislation as required.
To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule.
To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
