Private Bar Attendant page is loadedPrivate Bar AttendantPrivate Bar AttendantlocationsBahrain time typeFull time posted onPosted Today job requisition idREQ10246367OVERVIEWThe Private Bar Attendant ensures guests in-room private bars and fridges are fully stocked and well maintained.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* Maintain proper cleaning and service standard of the Private Bar * Assist in/or monitor the daily IRD operation and if required in In Room Dining Operations * To be fully aware of the Private Bar inventory and requisition process * Always follow the FIFO rule with Private Bar products and closely monitor Expiry list of the Private Bar Products * Ensure hand over of the shifts are done properly so that the guests will have a flawless service without interruption of any kind. * To prepare appropriate Mise-en-place. * To ensure all VIP in-house guest is highlighted with the team * To assist in other Food and Beverage areas when requested to do so, as business volumes require. * To collect stores when requested to do so. * To be available to cover extended Shifts as requested by the Restaurant Manager * To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of the position. * To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times. * To comply with local legislation as required. * To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule. * To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
