Painter TechnicianJob Summary:The Painter Technician is responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing, and applying paints, and finishing various materials and surfaces to ensure a high-quality and durable finish. This role requires a keen eye for detail, precision in execution, and adherence to safety and quality standards.??Qualifications : ???High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in painting is a plus.?Proven experience as a painter, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.?Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment, including brushes, rollers, and spray guns.?Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and application techniques.?Experience in repairing minor defects in wooden items, including knowledge of appropriate materials and methods for filling and smoothing surfaces.?Strong attention to detail and an eye for color and design.?Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.?Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various positions (standing, bending, reaching) for extended periods.?Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.?Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to painting and finishing.??
