Paint Color Matcher OperatorKey Responsibilities:•Handling the entire tinting operations for the paint manufacturing industry for batch production of paints in decorative, auto refinishes, wood coatings, and industrial paints.•Checking and adjusting the properties (Wet/Dry) of paints.•Test and Analyze Different shades Knowledge of color shade mixing and matching the paint product for different applications.•Handling new lab batches for mass production.•Responsible for New Color development.•Responsible for internal calibration and maintenance of equipment.•Time Management and control the Manpower.•Reporting to Technical Manager- QC.🎓Qualifications : 📕Minimum 5 years and above years experience.•Proven experience as a Paint Color Matcher Operator or similar role.•Proficiency in using color-matching tools and equipment.•Precise color perception to match production standards.•Attention to detail and accuracy🌠Location : BahrainðŸ“
