•Assign deliveries to couriers based on schedules and route plans, ensuring efficient and timely service.•Monitor and track delivery status, proactively addressing any issues or delays that may arise.•Supervise riders/drivers to ensure adherence to safety best practices during the handling and transportation of shipments.•Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, assessing situations, prioritising calls, and providing appropriate instructions or assistance.•Coordinate schedules and routes in the most effective manner, optimising efficiency and minimising delays.•Inform field units about new orders, changes, or any relevant information, including traffic updates.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs and data using the MyDP Portal or relevant tracking systems.•Provide reports and updates to upper management on performance, operational metrics, and any notable incidents.•Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.•Continuously monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and meet service level targets.•Must be available in Bahrain•Must know the areas in Bahrain•Proficient in Hindi and English•Must be tech savvy
