-With CRPEP license Categoty A- Designing of Mechanical Systems, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting- Preparing heat load calculations for HVAC system- Designing related underground utilities like CHW pipe network, potable water network, drainage and storm water network- Calculating pipe designing for chilled water piping, plumbing water supply piping, drainage piping and fire piping- Preparing water supply calculations for water tank capacity- Prepare the scheme for mechanical system for draftsman guidance- Coordination with Civil Defense and EWA regulatory authorities on design drawings to recheck updated authorities regulations and final approvals during completions of projects.- Coordinating with Architectural, structural, Electrical departments for preparations of drawings.- Leading work progress and coordination with Civil and Electrical works- Preparing tender specifications in close coordination with client’s requirements.- Reviewing contractors shop drawing and checking in compliance with required codes and specifications.- Reviewing material submittals as per contract conditions.- Arranging technical meetings for client / subcontractors- Attending progress meeting with client / subcontractors- Carrying inspections at site as per progress of works.- Certifying subcontractors progress at site and certifying monthly invoices for subcontractors- Coordinating various subcontractors for installations requirements
