Mechanical Engineer cum EstimatorJob Location : BahrainRequirements:?The candidate must be available for a face-to-face / direct interview, and be able to start immediately.?A minimum of five years experience in mechanical (plumbing and fire fighting) work is required.?Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or Diploma in mechanical engineeringKey Abilities and Behaviour Required:-?Analyzing plans and preparing bills of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs?Obtaining the best price and quotation from suppliers and subcontractors through research, sourcing, and negotiation?Visits to project sites to gather information?Staying aware of the latest construction technologies?Maintaining close contact with key members of the project team and liaising with clients and suppliers?Maintaining detailed records and writing reports.
