• Contribute to provide Country, HUB & Gateway Operations with needed ULD stock for daily operations.
• Maintaining continuous s flow and balance within the region for the HUBS
• Ensure Intercon network lanes are balanced in liaison with Global
• Execute solutions for contingency situations impairing the planned ULD movements
• Provide real time capacity adjustments in liaison with regional teams

• Update of ULD requirements in system based on regional management requests for adjustment of ULD balance
• Monitor identifications of ULD availability on locations, inform load location for action required and unload location with arrivals details
• Enable real-time tracking and status information by solving ULD localization issues.
• Real time capacity adjustment for live flights
• Support real time NCG with required data or reports

• Ensure GHA perform stock checks
• Oversight on UCR being updated in system for units outside DHL network.
• Ensure the Gateways are tracking the units handed over to other carriers

• Maintain the ULD flow for the region in coordination with Global ULD
• Daily instructions to the NCG/HUB/GTWY related to ULD Flow.
• Check stations requirements based on movements and aircraft/truck types used
• Ensure RUM + indicates the station requirement based on the operational requirement.
• Maintain the flow of ULD repair shop
• Minimize third party ULD equipment cost by ensuring prompt & correct input of all such equipment movements.
• Analyse uplift requirements during the operation and change aircraft allocations where considered required to ensure a timely and cost effective service.
• Ensure that all stations are familiarized with RUM + system update and stock check performance
• Maintain daily deviation report for the region, control stock levels in network and propose corrective action.
• Ensure stock check performance is achieved and maintained in all MEA stations.
• Control ULD loss by ensuring ULD rotation, proper identification and confirmed localization.
• Follow-up on leased ULD and ensure return to the owners for the region
• Check CAL flights to ensure DHL ULD are returned to network
• Coordinate with Capacity team to ensure proper flow/spread of ULD
• Support ULD Manager in Deployment of Regional ULD Awareness for MEA region
• Develop reports using database and support in automation
• Using real time tools to adjust capacity on live flights to reduce voids on flights
• Coordinate with Regional capacity teams for adjustment of capacity to optimize flights.
• Generate reports to indicate capacity issues and resolutions

• Incumbent reports to ULD Manager and does not have authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate an ability to influence decisions/actions of those concerned
• Motivate and support Internal & External Network staff.
• Participate in hiring, evaluation and people development processes of shift personnel.
• Provide people management recommendations to senior management/direct managers.
• Develop and promote team spirit, service-mindedness and communication channels between Network Control, Aviation and related departments.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience (preferably in Aviation)
• Advanced proficiency in database/statistical analysis
• Intercultural experience, having worked abroad would be a plus
• Advanced computer skills ? High proficiency in excel spreadsheets, SQL and database modelling
• English written and spoken Required, knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
• Proficiency in IT application usage on Excel/Skype/Teams/Outlook is a must
• Under graduate degree or equivalent experience, Master?s Degree preferred
• Expert level knowledge in Excel, including the ability to develop complex multivariable models that may require programming in visual basic for applications
