Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our signage production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various machines used in sign fabrication, such as CNC routers, laser cutters, vinyl plotters, UV printers, and other related equipment.Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation:Operate CNC router, laser cutter, vinyl plotter, and/or large-format digital printers based on project needsSet up machines according to job specifications and materialsPerform test runs and adjust settings as needed for quality outputProduction Support:Read and interpret design files, blueprints, and technical drawingsEnsure materials are properly loaded and alignedMonitor machines during operation to ensure consistent and accurate outputMaintenance:Perform routine maintenance on machines and report major issues to the maintenance teamKeep work area and machinery clean and in good working conditionQuality Control:Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and alignment to specificationsMake adjustments as needed and notify supervisors of any production issuesSafety & Compliance:Follow safety procedures and guidelines while operating machineryWear appropriate PPE and maintain a clean, organized workspaceComply with company policies and quality standardsRequirements:Proven experience operating machinery in a signage, printing, or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with design file formats (e.g., AI, DXF, PDF) and software like CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or AutoCAD is a plusBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and follow technical instructions or job ordersGood attention to detail and manual dexterityWillingness to work flexible hours or overtime when neededHigh school diploma or vocational training preferred
