Our client is a large-scale Retail company that has built a reputation of one of the top importers and distributors of luxury products in the GCC. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to be based in Bahrain.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.- Drive sales by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products and effective selling techniques.- Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and visual displays.- Train, mentor, and support junior sales associates to enhance their skills and performance.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.- Monitor sales performance and work with management to achieve revenue targets.- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.- Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and competitor activities.- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in the store.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor?s degree in Business or related field is a plus).- Proven experience in a sales or in watch sales retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.- Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office.- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience in a luxury retail or high-end sales environment.- Experience in handling high-value transactions and VIP clients.- Knowledge of inventory management and sales analytics tools.
