Share a trusting relationship with workgroup? Manage and develop 70 to 80 plant workers? Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order? Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance? Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times? Manage scheduling for a fully operational team? Develop strategies to increase productivity and production? Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operationsRequirements? POSITION: LPG Plant and Distribution Manager? Proven 4-7 years? work experience as a Plant Manager/Supervisor in GCC? Has experience in other plant distribution industry e.g. water distribution companies are welcome to apply? Basic technical knowledge on LPG Plant advantageous? Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants? Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently? Strong experience in fleet distribution management? Strong leadership and managerial attributes? Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
