Key Responsibilities:Cut, measure, and prepare fiberglass materials.Apply resin, hardeners, and layers of fiberglass onto molds.Use rollers/brushes to remove air bubbles and ensure smooth lamination.Repair damaged fiberglass parts and surfaces.Follow safety procedures when working with chemicals and materials.Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.Skills & Requirements:Knowledge of fiberglass lamination techniques.Ability to read and follow instructions or technical drawings.Experience using hand and power tools.
