Junior RecruiterJob Location: BahrainResponsibilities :?Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.?Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.?Collaborate with senior recruiters to schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.?Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.?Communicate with candidates, providing updates on their application status and guiding them through the recruitment process.?Support in organizing job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.?Contribute to the development of job descriptions and job postings that attract top talent.?Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.Qualifications?Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).?Strong communication and interpersonal skills.?Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.?Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the recruitment process.?Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.?Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office suite.?English, Urdu and Hindi speaking skills required.?Bahraini national with urdu speaking skills can also apply.
