IT Support EngineerDescription :• Install, configure and support maintain all hardware network servers and devices.• Providing technical support and troubleshoot issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications.• Take customer queries face to face and telephone calls for support or via helpdesk.• Design and maintaining the network, switches and routers; allows organization to communicate both internally and externally on daily basis.• Provide software presentation and participating in customer meetings.• Monitoring of System, application, network and security logs.Qualifications :• Minimum 2+ years of experience related to above s.• Bachelor in Computer Sciences BCS/MCS, CCNA is preferable.• Good written and verbal communication.• Having a driving license is preferable.📠Location : Bahrain
