Employment: Full Time As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the overall health & smooth running of computer systems infrastructure for their users in the Middle East.Client DetailsA well-backed, leading global organisation looking for the best Tech talent for their team.Description* Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.* Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.* Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.* Working with global support teams to resolve both IT infrastructure and Application issues.* Troubleshooting IT Infrastructure incidents and Application errors.* Providing IT infrastructure support for and taking part in the roll-out of new Applications.* Maintaining the location specific part of the Active Directory.Job Offer* Dynamic work environment* Attractive salary* Opportunity to work for a leading, high-profile organisation REQUIREMENTS: * 4-6 years of work experience in the field of IT Infrastructure.
