As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the overall health & smooth running of computer systems infrastructure for their users in the Middle East.Client DetailsA well-backed, leading global organisation looking for the best Tech talent for their team.DescriptionManaging and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.Working with global support teams to resolve both IT infrastructure and Application issues.Troubleshooting IT Infrastructure incidents and Application errors.Providing IT infrastructure support for and taking part in the roll-out of new Applications.Maintaining the location specific part of the Active Directory.Profile4-6 years of work experience in the field of IT Infrastructure.
