At Crowne Plaza, we look for people who are dynamic, confident and passionate professional who excel in their role and help our guests succeed too.We are looking for an IT Supervisor who will provide direct support to users, both guests and colleagues, across the hotel. Directly reporting to our Assistant IT Manager, Liju Varghese, your duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems. You will ensure that all patches and security standards are maintained. You will also be responsible in monitoring and maintaining network and servers, monitoring and maintaining a centralized storage system for all the VM servers along with Physical Servers and ensuring the daily backups are successfully processed.Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a degree in Computer Science, IT or similar certification. It would be an advantage if the candidate has similar work experience in the hospitality industry. You should have the initiative to keep yourself abreast of developments in your field and has the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve tech-related problems.
