Our client, a leading organization in the Banking and Financial Services sector, has recently instructed us to identify a hands on and capable IT Project Manager to support nearly 50 transformation and business improvement projects across the organization. The successful individual will bring international exposure from within a large organization and the ability to manage a complex workload. In return, excellent progression opportunities and compensation are on offer.Responsibilities:Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigationAnalyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirementsEstablish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesAdhere to established processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, set project quality, and performance standards, and assess and manage risk within, and across, multiple projectsMonitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors Degree in IT or similar field.3-5+ years of project management experiencePrevious success in delivering complex IT projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members capabilities and skill sets.Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.Applications will be considered if you have the relevant experience and your skill set match those required and stipulated within the advert text
