A reputable company in the field of IT Solutions located in Bahrain is seeking to recruit an IT Pre-Sales Officer.Main Duties:

Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure that they are provided with all necessary technical support.
Respond to customer enquiries and ensure that company products are well presented, and the customer is satisfied with the service provided..
Respond to RFI (Request for Information)/RFP (Request for proposal).
Maintain full technical records for customer platforms and solutions.
Maintain an awareness of developments in products and in the industry in general and pass any relevant findings to the appropriate departments.
Support the Sales Team by technically qualifying opportunities and making recommendations on solution feasibility, quantifying risks and authoring technical bid content.
Providing technical information to customers as well as supporting sales team in product demo
Presentations ? preparation, delivery and follow up on technical presentations.
Develop, maintain and disseminate knowledge of existing, new and proposed products and services available within the company.
Coordinate closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, product to align solution design with customers business requirement
Adapt solutions as necessary to ensure appropriate support
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements and assesses customers needs
Collaborate with sales team to ensure the business opportunity is fully covered
