The team supports Finance in Motion and the funds under advisory in achieving positive impact and managing environmental and social risks by working together with different departments to integrate sustainability and impact considerations across all activities of the company.Key responsibilities:? Prepare mappings and research briefings on developments and new initiatives in impact measurement and management; disseminate relevant information within the company? Support the team in continuously improving and implementing impact frameworks across the company and impact funds advised by Finance in Motion? Contribute to impact communication and reporting, especially Finance in Motion s annual Impact Investment Report? Provide support to diverse projects of the Impact & Sustainability teamRequirements? Bachelor s degree in economics, development studies, social sciences, or a related field? Interest in and a general understanding of impact investing and/or development cooperation and/or monitoring & evaluation? Excellent written and spoken English, German proficiency would be an asset? Proficiency in MS Office? Very good organizational skills and attention to detail? Ability to work independently and high level of self-motivation?
