Insurance Sales SpecialistJob Location : BahrainThe suitable candidate for this position must excel at creating new opportunities, undertake efforts to sell Insurance products and successfully close deals. They are also expected to use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new & existing customers and service existing/potential customers in designated territories or to a set of key accounts, so as to ensure the achievement of the sales targets set by the Management.Responsibilities:? Maintain an up-to-date awareness of Insurance products, services, distinct differentiators, insurance rates and competitor rates to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.? Implement action plans and schedules to achieve specific sales targets.? Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.? Resolve customer complaints/concerns speedily and effectively in order to attain customer satisfaction and repeat sales.? Follow procedures of reporting on performance and other reports required from time to time.? Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.? Participate in the development of Mada?s sales plan.? Liaise with the technical department and provide them with the necessary information for enabling them to prepare the quotation for new/revised/renewal insurance proposals.? Establish and maintain harmonious yet professional relationships with existing and potential clientele.? Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.? Prepare prescribed sales status reports periodically and submit it for review.Qualifications:?Graduate Degree with Sales and/or Marketing as specialized subject(s)?5 years of experience in the sales function of a reputed insurance company or insurance broker in the region with an existing clientele database?Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota?Strong written and verbal communication skills?Fluency in English is a must and Arabic is an added advantage.
