Job Description

Job Purpose:The analyst reporting to the Data Capability lead in the country will drive the 3 A?s of information management ? Accuracy; Availability; and Accessibility of the country data needs. The individual also need to drive the advanced reporting solutions in the business and drive the adoption of tools like Tableau.Job Background/context:Insights analyst role evolving into working on new technologies like SAS and Tableau and EAP. The individual needs to also support the Analytical requirements to be able to understand the data and provide high-quality, data driven solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Information Insights: The individual would be responsible to provide the regular management dashboards as well as providing the meaningful insights to the stakeholders. The individual would also be responsible to work on the various Adhoc requests provided by the business, understand the needs and convert them into technical requirements and provide the necessary data in timely manner.
  • Incentive Calculation: The individual would be responsible to provide the regular performance management dashboards for the sales functions and calculate the Incentives. The individual would also be responsible to work on the various Adhoc requests provided by the business, understand the needs and support them with the insightful data and reports.
  • SME: The individual should have in-depth business knowledge about the consumer banking products and able to work on the relevant data warehouse tables to support the ad hoc business needs
  • Logical & Problem Solving Skills: The individual should have excellent logical thinking and problem solving skills and should have demonstrated experience in handling the complex problems
  • BI tools: The individual will be active in the efforts in conjunction with the regional team to rollout out reporting solutions like COGNOS, Tableau and other BI tools.
Knowledge/Experience:
  • 3+ years of working experience in Consumer banking and campaign execution role.
  • Experience in simplifying data feeds to summarize business critical drivers
  • Decision Management experience across reporting, campaign management and business analytics
  • Numeric and expertise in data analysis
  • Experience with Process automation
Skills:
  • Advance coding skills in SAS/SQL and Excel VBA
  • Good Knowledge in Campaign Management tools - SAS Campaign Studio / Salesforce / COPS
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree/ Master Degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Statistics

Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.
