Head of cyber security product (senior Manager)Position Summary:Utilizing your knowledge of the Cyber Security market, as a Product Manager you will be responsible for researching and defining the product roadmap, creating the product vision and strategy.This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with stakeholders and sales to define and analyses product requirements and also work in collaboration with the development team to ensure they understand use cases / stories, leveraging prototype and story boards to define features.? Demonstrate leadership on behalf of the product.? Be instrumental in defining the product vision.? Guide the product towards exceeding commercial goals.? Create PRDs with user stories that are clear, concise and include acceptance criteria.? Undertake interviews to elicit requirements from customers and stakeholders? Be the pivot between engineering, sales, customer success and support ? Work with engineering management in promoting an agile development methodology.Roles and Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities: ? Understand Technical capability of the Cyber Security products.? Extensive product management experience in productizing Cyber Security Solution? Experience defining product strategy and product roadmaps.? Candidate should Strong Techno commercial Knowledge on SOC/ SIEM / UTM / FIREWALL/ PAM / DAM / DDOS / Cloud Security / Endpoints etc? Responsible for providing suitable solutions to customer and built BOQ for the proposed solution.? Vendor product knowledge of CISCO / FORTINET / IBM / Logrhythm / AlientVault / Paloalto / SOPHOS? Candidate should have a strong knowledge on Networking, Voice, ICT Infrastructure.? Management and coordination of relationships with various vendors and suppliers? Producing high level management reports on achievements, projects and task progress? Work closely with Vendors and partner for customer requirements? Candidate should have great negotiation skills.? Provide training and sales kit to Sales Account Managers for various products and services.? Designed Service Level Agreements for designated services. Core Area? All key Cyber Security area?
