The main duties and responsibilities of this role:Main duties:

• Provide creative support to the Marketing team on a daily basis in all marketing activities for hotel campaigns and projects
• Complete assigned tasks within the pre-determined deadlines.
• Developing ATL and BTL design deliverables in line with the main concepts
• Developing hotel-based guidelines for operations and marketing use
• Understanding of and developing media plan deliverables for campaigns
• Well-verse on developing HTML 5 animated banners and coding
• Creation and developing social media and digital assets through graphic design and video editing
• Visually presenting finalised design concepts to team and stakeholders
• Supporting the team on creative impactful presentations for the internal teams and stakeholders
• Adapting existing artwork to ensure the visual look and feel is consistent
• Adapting Master artwork to apply to different deliverables for campaigns
• Updating of brochures and collaterals in English, Arabic and other languages
• In-house photography and image sourcing for new creative concepts
• Updating assets and design adaptations to meet the needs of the business
• Solo and Newsletter HTML design development for projects and campaigns
• Developing and maintaining a marketing artwork archive for all artwork files
• Updating offers in the LED Screens & in-room TVs
• Manage relationships with different types of agencies and suppliers making sure those partners fully understand and maximise the value of the Jumeirah hotels.
• Ensure that all collaterals and marketing materials adhere to the Jumeirah brand standards.
• Briefing the design agencies on projects done externally
• Work closely with commissioned design agencies and ensuring the brand guidelines are met and well executed
• Ensuring all workable files are collected and archived from commissioned third party design agencies after every completed project.
• Suggesting premium and upscale paper stock/material and technical applications on print for menus, collaterals, flyers, business cards, etc.
• Colour/Proofing of all artworks done internally and externally with design agencies.
• Work closely with the Corporate Brand team on brand assets and guidelines.

Desired Skills and Experience:About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor?s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent.
• 2 - 3 years experience in the related field of graphic design for luxury brands
• 2- 3 years experience in a digital design role or experience of working in a professional design agency.
• Strong affiliation with interactive marketing and media strategy, planning and campaign management.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Analytics.
