Job Description

Citi Tech Hub in Bahrain is looking for a talented Release Manager to join the FX Risk Team. This role is primarily focused on helping the developers to successfully promote their code into the production environment by driving and facilitating miscellaneous activities which are required for that.Join us if you:

As a Release Manager, your will:
  • Collaborate with the Application Development team to plan the releases and the Production Support team to perform the go-live of the new application versions
  • Drive the resolution of issues which might occur during the production deployment
  • Liaise with the business users, infrastructure teams and upstream/downstream applications
  • Continuously improve the release management processes to increase their efficiency
What we want from you:
  • Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
  • Knowledge of the principles and basics of Change Management
  • Experience with servers, databases and messaging platforms
  • Attention to detail and tracking skills
  • English B2
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
Education:
  • Bachelor?s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
