Receiving all incoming calls and forwarding them to the appropriate person.? Providing assistance in making external calls for Senior staff.? Receiving all incoming mails, registering them, and forwarding them to the appropriate person.? Assistance in typing of letters.? Registration of all outgoing letters.? Maintaining order in the front office so as to provide a good working atmosphere.? Receiving visitors and informing the person whom they have come to see.Job Specifications:? College graduate in office management and administration? At least two years ?experience in post similar nature and capable of using English or Hindi Languages? Making sure the front desk is never left unattended? Computer literacy: Microsoft Office and Knowledge of Internet? Experience in HR and Admin is an advantage?
